I started making lucky paper stars and now I can’t stop. 
Disa told me last night that I should make some, so I learned how, and it turns out that they are a really good way to keep my hands busy, and also they look pretty. So, I brought some construction paper to school today and, well, paper stars everywhere. So I started giving them out, and it made everyone happy. Which made me happy.

I went to Michael’s after school and lo and behold scrapbook paper was on sale, so I bought 17 sheets. As well as a sheet of gold paper. I also got some jars to fill with my pretty stars (and one of them came with flowers!!!!), as well as string so I can hang them up all over my room.

I am going to make stars whenever I’m stressed, or bored, or anxious, or just need something to keep my hands busy, and from doing any damage. When my jars or pockets get full, I’m going to give them to random strangers, because maybe they need a little luck, or happiness, or light.

I feel good today.
